Turn off your paper billing option! (You’ll still receive a monthly e-statement via email.) Follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in to your online account
(Don’t have an online account? Call us at 309.647.2700 and we will get you taken care of.)

2. Within the “My Account” tab, choose “E-Notifications” and click on “E-bill”

3. Select the account you wish to manage and click “Continue”

4. Select “E-Bill” as the bill method, enter your email address and click “Submit”
