Around the 8th of each month you should have received your bill. If you have opted for the e-bill option you will receive your bill the day bills are done. The net amount of the bill is due on the 21st of each month. If the 21st falls on the weekend or a holiday they are due the following business day. Failure to receive your bill does not exempt you from monthly payment, late charges, or disconnection. Please contact our office ((309) 647-2700) if you do not receive your bill.

Bills can be paid in person, by mail, automatically through your bank account, or electronically from this website.

Have your payment automatically drafted from your bank account each month on the due date. You will still receive a bill. On your bill it will state ‘Auto Debit Will Be Drawn on (due date)’ to let you know when your bill will be drafted. Click below for the form.


Budget billing is designed to equalize your monthly bill. Your account must be in good standing and be a member for at least one year.

Pay your bill online through our Member Services Portal and click the sign in link. Opt to receive e-bill and set up alerts and reminders.

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover & American Express. You can either call in and pay over the phone during business hours (M-F 8-4:30) or through our website.

You may also drop your payment off at our convenient drop-box located in front of our office in Canton. The drop-box is available on a 24 hour basis for your convenience.
